1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all use of the det3666 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services operated under the det3666 brand. They apply without limitation to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, crash games, card games, and any other wagering service provided by det3666.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on det3666. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses claimed across those accounts. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided at the Company's sole discretion.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. det3666 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. det3666 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. det3666 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Any action taken using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify det3666 support immediately at [email protected]. det3666 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

det3666 is committed to preventing underage gambling, money laundering, and fraudulent activity. As part of this commitment, the Company operates a KYC verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.

Upon closure of an account found to contain funds belonging to a verified adult player who has not breached these Terms, any genuine account balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds and associated winnings are non-refundable upon account closure for breach of Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

det3666 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) protocols. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the det3666 finance team and are typically processed within the following timeframes:

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals on det3666 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied on BDT transactions. If a game is denominated in a different currency by its provider, the equivalent BDT value will be displayed and settled in BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

det3666 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotion terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as these general Terms & Conditions. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-related winnings.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first by default; bonus funds become active once the real-money balance reaches zero.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a player on det3666, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.

det3666 employs real-time fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Any account flagged for suspicious activity will be placed under review, during which withdrawals may be suspended. The player will be notified of the review via their registered email address. Review outcomes are final and binding.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the det3666 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of det3666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the det3666 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the platform without prior written authorisation from det3666.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or account balances resulting from technical faults beyond det3666's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your own failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any third-party conduct, content, or services accessible through links or integrations on the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, det3666's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits det3666's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
